Персонал плохо подготовлен. Даже два клиента - уже менеджер перегружен и вы слышите " я не могу разорваться!". Так же они набрали очень много дополнительных услуг, например прием документов на нотариально заверенный перевод, а вот ответить на простейшие вопрсы по данной услуге менеджер не может...

МУЛЬТИФОТО — для нас настоящее открытие! Мы заказали настольный перекидной календарь домик для нашей бабушки. Первое, что понравилось это возможность просто и быстро выбрать индивидуальный шаблон и скорректировать его под себя. Второе, это доставка в любое удобное место и быстрые сроки исполнения, в отличие от конкурентов. Качество исполнения на высоте!

Отвратительное место - продавец хамит клиентам, ведёт себя нагло, позволяет себе обсуждать клиента с другим человеком при клиенте!! Позвонил им - девушка сказала, что не первая жалоба на эту Елену. Но она до сих пор работает, значит это плзицмя руководства, клиент здесь никто.. Очень ужасно - заказывайте через другой пункт, если не хотите чувствовать себя униженным и оскорбленным!
