Мне нужно было распечатать 1 лист, я опаздывала. Поэтому когда прибежала, спросила "Через сколько примерно Вы закончите работу с текущим клиентом, чтобы расчитывать, бежать мне в другое место или подождать". По итогу, девушка с раздражением ответила, мол, "Вообще-то я работаю с клиентом, и не знаю, через сколько освобожусь". В итоге там оказалась кипа документов на поступление, и я впустую потратила время. В общем я всё понимаю, конечно, но грубость с клиентами, которые задали обычный вопрос, на мой взгляд, непозволительна.

Мне напечатали 1 страницу чертежа формата А2 в ЧБ цвете за 300рублей... На мое закономерное ??? - "печать срочная, стоимость от 62 рубля за 1 лист это если заказывать на сайте и ждать 2-3 дня. А здесь и сейчас это стоит дороже. Разумеется бред. Отправил на сайт претензию, жду рассмотрения. Зная наше российское отношение к клиенту, ни на что позитивное не рассчитываю. Лучше сходите до Копирки у другого выхода к НИИдар.
