Купили игрушку ребенку, собаку электронную, кнопка на носу одна всего. Ребенок игрался с ней пол дня, кнопка просто впала внутрь. Решили поменять, но игрушку забрали на рассмотрение, почему просто не поменяли сразу, непонятно. В форме на возврат товара зачем-то требуют паспортные данные и согласие на мутную экспертизу. На обычную, блин, игрушку! Стыд и позор, уровень лояльности 0.

Добрый вечер, Уважаемый Just Gamer. По вашему заявлению был произведен возврат д/с. Все игрушки, у которых могут быть именно механические причины поломок-забирают на рассмотрение руководителя и экспертизы, поэтому не сделали обмен сразу. Вы,по желанию, можете присутствовать на данной экспертизе, что отбрасывает ваше понимание о "мутности" Паспортные данные-это необходимость с юридической стороны, и эти данные всегда спрашивают. Детские товары на любой вкус и кошелёк. Консультанты всегда помогут найти то, что нужно. Подскажут с размерами. А если вы пришли ща подарком и совсем не знаете, что приобрести-с удовольствием показывают ассортимент в нужной возрастной категории. А с недавних пор появился интернет-магазин-который удобен, для оформления доставки. Это именно тот вариант, когда времени вов е нет доя похожа в магазин.
