Привезли тростниковый мат быстро. Но, когда в этот же день мы начали обьвязывать деревья, развернули мат и решили измерить его длину. Не хватило 30 см. Не хватило их на одно дерево. Фото не делали, спешили обмотать деревья до дождя. Пишу, чтобы вы проверили маты и другие. Там тоже может быть меньше длина. Вас и нас обманывает изготовитель. Мой заказ 7769 от 24.10.24.

Достоинства: хороший выбор Недостатки: 1.очень дорогая доставка 2.не верные вложения Комментарий: Делала небольшой заказ: кедровая хлебница, дубовая разделочная доска, 2 дубовых гнета разного диаметры и дубовый штырь. Через неделю получила заказ в Мурманске. После осмотра оказалось, что вместо дубового гнета положили осиновый. Написала письмо в сервисный центр, ответа не последовало. Оказалось, что менеджер Альбина в отпуске. Предложили вернуть деньги. Я не согласна, я заказала то, что нужно мне и хочу это получить. 21.08.2020 дополняю отзыв. Пошли на компромисс: я сделала новый заказ, мне уменьшили оплату на сумму неправильного вложения + оплата до ТК за их счет, а моя оплата ТК. Новый заказ еще не пришел, жду.
