Был здесь ради получения кредитной карты. Парковки рядом нет (даже платной), метро и троллейбус (ныне автобус) в 50 метрах. Внутри есть электронная очередь, провел минут пять в ожидании. Сотрудники адекватные. Но самое интересное , оформил заявку на сайте , сумму одобрили , прислали смс подтверждение , прихожу в банк , а мне оказывается одобрили кредитную карту с нулевым балансом , Карл нулевым 🤦 такого абсурда я ещё не встречал.

Днище банк, шараж контора, сотрудники балаболы. Обходите стороной! 2 недели открывали счёт, 1 неделю меняли отделение обслуживания, каждый раз нужно ехать к ним в отделение. Обещают решить вопрос в течение дня, по факту двое суток. Я как предприниматель имею счета в 4х разных банках кроме мтс банка, но последний просто шлак, самый бюрократичный. МТС банк, вы самый худший банк в мире. Почта России по сравнению с вами райское место.

Из 6 окон работает два, один сотрудник перекладывает бумажки на своём рабочем столе, в зале 10 человек, в первый раз вижу когда в банке не дорожат клиентами, медленное обслуживание. Руководству надо подумать, если в центре работают так медленно, то что творится на окраинах.

Полностью согласен. А со мной ещё хуже:я завёл виртуальную карту МТС банка, и на неё тут же стали приходить требования на оплату 930 р., хотя я плачу 980+1000+50 р. Думая, что это текущая оплата, я перечислил 930р. В чеке, кстати, указан адрес Воронцовская, 1/3, за интернет, ТВ, телефон. Оператор МТС считает, что цифру перепутали, и мне приходят уже не раз ложные требования на оплату…Кстати, последние цифры моего л/с. 0761. Вдруг разберутся и мне деньги вернут…
