Увеличьте количество менеджеров по обслуживанию физ. Лиц или откройте ещё офис в районе кловера. 2 часа ждёшь очередь особенно в обеденное время. Ужас. А так девчонки приветливые и молодцы. Екатерина опытный специалис, но нагрузка большая и человек без своевременного обеда остаётся . Офисов мало!!! Тройка только за долгое ожидание больше часа! И ещё, пожалуйста, дайте возможность переводить деньги без комиссии с тинькова или втб24. Кроме этого, приложение должно быть одно а не несколько на каждое действие, абсолютно не юзфрендли.

Это трудно назвать банком. Банки борются за клиентов, а в этой конторе на клиента плевать хотели.

Для меня это место дорого.когда то ,в1978 году ,здесь работала после училища моя будущая жена. Для меня это место навсегда - кафе "Огонёк". Не очень давно был здесь ,закрывал кредит досрочно. Девушки приветливые.
