13ого апреля в 14:00 зашла в МТС в тц Дирижабль для того, чтобы погасить платёж по рассрочке. Еще ни разу не погашала, поэтому пришла в отделение для того, чтобы узнать, как именно это сделать и какие данные нужно предоставить. Удивлением было то, что на мою просьбу консультант тыкнул в сторону банкомата и сказал оплачивать там. Как, какие данные вводить и что делать мне не сказали. Обратилась еще раз к консультанту, коротко ответили, что нужно позвонить в мтс банк. Ни номера горячей линии банка, никакой информации больше не дали. Озадачена таким уровнем обслуживания.

Были с девушкой в этом отделении банка 27.02.2020 в 20:10. Нужно было оформить карту банка для оплаты кредита. Нас заранее предупредили, что оформление занимает не более 15 минут. Озвучив свою проблему сотрудница демонстративно закатила глаза, после чего долго препиралась, говоря, что сейчас никто не работает для подтверждения данных и карту сделать невозможно. Несмотря на требование все же выполнить свою работу повысила голос, спасибо, что без оскорблений. Безумно злые перешли дорогу в Пассаж, где нам помогли быстро и без проблем. Спасибо Дементьевой Анне Николаевне. Вайнера 12 - 1 балл ТРЦ Пассаж - 5

Просто жесть, не подошла спутниковая антенна на дачу, дак меня мучали неделю, чтобы её вернуть! Очереди просто нереальные, минимум минут по 10 - 15 ждёшь.

Отвратительное отношение почти во всех филиалах,на сайте говорят одно в салон приезжаешь тратишь время там другое еще в таком тоне,я больше не нагой сюда!!!
