Не пишу отзывы плохие просто так. Более того, пишу хорошие, когда доволен покупкой или обслуживанием. Не жалко. Увы, про данный салон МТС ничего хорошего написать не могу, ребята жульничают , и это неправильно. В частности, Сальников Станислав Васильевич, 09.04.20 поступил именно так. Я покупал телефон в подарок маме, пожтому не допытывал менеджера знанием матчасти, я просто попросил помочь сделать подарок, так , будто он делает его своей маме. Мама - святое. Он предложил модель, я попросил сразу же звщитить подарок , наклеив стекло и надев чехол. Я даже не смотрел на цены, я полностью доверял продавцу. Он наклеил стекло, взяв за услугу 899, стекло тоже дорогое, это не важно , не жалко денег на хороший подарок маме. Но вот только , вместо того, чтобы сказать как есть, что чехлов на данную модель нет, он продал мне универсальный. На телефоне есть функция защиты с помощью отпечатка, только вот чехол это не предусматривает. На нем банально нет отверстия для отпечатка, сенсор в таком чехле получается закрыт . Это я понял уже дома, когда настраивал телефон. При попытке вернуть или обменять чехол, мне отказали , т.к. нет коробки от него. Примечательно, что саму коробку менеджер выкинул, когда я покупал телефон. Да и я тоже в ней не нуждался, думаю, что человек ответственно отнесся к такому вопросу, как подарок маме. В итоге мне отказали в замене, ребята вели себя нагло. Жаль, что для них выполнение плана по чехлам, или еще чему , оказалось важнее искреней просьбы сделать все качественно. Мне не так жаль эти 600р, я за наклейку стекла оплатил без проблем 900, мне жаль , что есть такие люди, для которых мораль, для которых понятие мама не важно, как желание впарить здесь и сейчас. Не рекомендую данный магазин. Работают некрасиво и нечестно. Впарили неподходящий чехол, и сами при этом лишили возможности его вернуть, выкинув коробку, которую потом же и просили предъявить.
