Пришел заменить симку, на более мелкого формата. 23.03 около 20 вечера, сказали что у них не работает база и они не могут это сделать. 24.04 оказалось что старой симки и паспорта супруги недостаточно, для того, чтобы получить новую симку. Обьяснения что она беременная и плохо себя чувствует не подействовали. Придется ей завтра самой идти. Зачем нужно её личное присутствие непонятно, когда есть старая работающая симка и её паспорт. Менеджер сослался на правила и камеру, которая за ним наблюдает. Осталось чувство сожаления, что у неё МТС.

Ужасные продавцы , обманывают с акциями , сказал нужно набрать аксессуаров на 7500 и будет скидка 500 р на телефон , а по факту надо было на 1000 рублей , узнал в другом салоне .
