Не компетентнее сотрудников не встреча ни в какой сфере! Обманом продают, на претензии так же отвечают обманом, при чем не только средние менеджеры и стажеры, но и руководитель отделения ;последний еще и издевается в разговоре открыто!)Не советую иметь с ними никаких дел вообще, даже на самые маленькие суммы, проблем не оберетесь!

Лишь бы продать. Маме продали сенсорный телефон для пожилого человека (75 лет) и защитное стекло за 1000 рублей с поклейкой, якобы брендовое, которое на рынке стоит 30-50 рублей и симкарту МТС, хотя есть своя билайновская, набеизнес доверчивых людей, что поделать... При просьбе о возврате встретил излишнюю надменность и общение как с тупым. Отказ. Не призываю не посещать этот салон, но быть предельно бдительным и взвешивать все ЗА и Против.
