Вот сложно поставить какую-нибудь оценку. Перевел все свои сервисы с МГТС на МТС одним заявлением, при этом с отказом от городского телефона. Сервисы перевели, а городской телефон " забыли" отключить и за эту забывчивость платить должен я. Чудно, правда? При обращении в МТС, менеджер вел себя адекватно и не бубнил то, что надо заплатить,а мы разберемся, вник в ситуацию и выслал документы на почту для повторного отключения без оплаты. Посмотрим, насколько МТС ценит своих клиентов. Напишу обязательно.

Цена в интернет магазине на телефоны не соответствует цене которую впаривают в салоне. Главное заманить клиента в салон. Попытаются впарить страховку, или аксесуары. Всячески пытаются развести, то СМС информирование подключат случайно в тариф, то кэшбэк не начислят.…

Не поставлю ни одной звёздочки. Продали типа «новый» айфон 6s, по приходу домой, активировав телефон, обнаружила что не работает фронтальная камера и динамик. На следующий день, обратившись к продавцам, получила отказ.Обратившись в сервисный центр эппл, узнала что телефон имеет не оригинальные детали. Повторно обратившись в мтс, всё же смогла добиться, чтобы телефон взяли в сервисный ремонт и на экспертизу. После 2 месяцев ожидания мне вернули «отремонтированный » телефон, который по приходу до мой оказался тем же и с теми же поломками. НИКОГДА НЕ ПОКУПАЙТЕ В ЭТОМ МАГАЗИНЕ НИЧЕГО! Наняла адвоката, написали заявления в прокуратуру и роспотребнадзор. Теперь это дело принципа.Удачи продавцам. Ждите проверок. – показать
