Был сегодня в данном салоне. Хотел заменить SIM карту от имени организации. При себе имел доверенность и паспорт. Соответственно, обладал полномочиями на замену. Сотрудники салона требовали, чтобы я им дал отсканировать паспорт, мотивируя, что у них программа в компьютере такая. На мой вопрос о законности такого требования пояснили, что я же когда кредит беру - скан паспорта предоставляю. Мне стало немного не по себе от слова "кредит". Поэтому убыл из данного места расстроенным из-за потраченного времени так и не выполнив замену карты. Уважаемые начальники менеджеров салона, объясните пожалуйста, вашим подчиненным, что требовать скан паспорта при наличии доверенности от организации и предъявлении документа, указанного в ней, не нужно. SIM-карты в организации могут использоваться не тем человеком, что пришел к вам с доверенностью; он просто обладает полномочиями взаимодействовать с МТС. При выдаче SIM карт конкретному человеку внутри организации мы вам предоставляем все их паспортные данные. Мои паспортные данные являются персональными, а порядок использования их со мной никто не обсуждал: менеджер просто попытался отсканировать паспорт без моего согласия. Хорошо, что увидел и остановил. Не нужно говорить всякую чепуху насчет программного обеспечения МТС: мне все равно, какое у вас ПО. Мы все в одной стране живем и действуем в рамках текущего законодательства, а не потому, что "программа такая". В общем, потерял время, хорошо что очереди не было.

Всем здравствуйте!!!Забирал из этого салона телефон,заказаный через интернет,мне очень понравилось,продавцы доброжелательные,всё что пложено было с телефоном отдали и я довольный поехал домой!!!
