МТС,что за персонал работает у вас в МТС(г.Улан-Удэ,ул.Ленина,32"а") Зимирева А.В.и ещё одна недоросль?В пятницу, 11.01.19 г офис МТС был закрыт,режим работы с 9-00 до 19-00,без перерыва.Подойдя к салону минут через 20-30,застала там этих горе сотрудников.На мое замечание по поводу закрытия,ОНИ сообщили что работает только ОДИН сотрудник и он имеет право отлучаться.Хотя их было двое в салоне.Отдала сотрудникам салона ранее купленный у них сот. телефон для диагностики.На вопрос -Что с заменой телефона на аналогичный на время диагностики(ремонта)последовал отказ в выдаче,т.к.телефонов на обмен нет.Но сотрудник Зимирева умолчала тот факт,что мне положен 1% в день от стоимости товара при наличии у меня письменного заявления на выдачу мне аналогичного товара.Написала спустя 5 дней заявление на выдачу мне замены,а сотрудник наотрез отказалась ставить подпись,ФИО,печать организации на 2-ом экземпляре.Ответила,что в её обязанности не входит приём таких заявлений.С каких это пор??? Пришлось набрать 102 и дожидаться приезда сотрудника полиции.В присутствии сотрудника отдела полиции Зимирева приняла от меня письменное заявление.МТС,ВЫ ВООБЩЕ РАБОТАЕТЕ С ПЕРСОНАЛОМ?Обучаете их этике,культуре обслуживания и т.д
