Обратился к продавцу за помощью, а именно нужен был пароль для установки интернета, меняли роутер дома, а он вообще не мог понять что я у него требую, не понимал где взять информацию, пока по телефону мастер который приехал ко мне домой не объяснил ему где посмотреть эту информацию, не смог мне помочь, набираете сотрудников новых, так стажируйте их не только переводы делать иностранцам!!!!!

21.04.2020 нужна была новая сим карта,т.к. старый телефон сломался,а в новый телефон нужна была симка меньшего размера,из за режима самоизоляции моя мать,на которую оформлен номер,не могла выйти из дома,т.к. является пенсионером,я взяла свой паспорт,св-о рождении и ее паспорт(что б доказать родство),но симку новую мне не дали,сказали ждать, когда закончится изоляция и пусть моя мать сама приходит с паспортом,т.е. теперь человек остался без связи на неизвесное количество дней или месяцев,ужас!
