Продавцы - редкостные хамы. Когда страховал покупку гаджета, подсунули поддельный договор. При наступлении страхового случая копию оригинального договора так и не добился. Когда пытался добиться от них положенный мне договор, продавцы повышали голос, грубили, угрожали, выгоняли из магазина. Ужас.

Полностью согласен с предыдущим отзывом, продавцы в этом салоне вообще не знают ничего о продаваемом товаре! Купил там телефон Samsung J2 core 2018 для мамы, чтобы можно было поставить мелодию вызова и фотку на каждый контакт, продавец уверил, что там такая функция есть. В итоге когда все настроил такой функции вообще не оказалось, я пришел в салон и спросил у него как мне быть, он отправил меня в сервисный центр, где мне сказали, что это бютжетная версия смартфона и в ней не предусмотрена такая функция, на что я просто удивился, так как у меня даже в китайском смартфоне за 2000 р. есть такая функция, а в SAMSUNGE за 6000 р. ее нет, хотя у моей жены тоже "бютжетный" SAMSUNG J1 и там есть. Следом выясняется что и папки на флэшке я на нем немогу создать, там тоже нет такой функции, я опять в салон, продавец смеется и говорит: "ну что, решил проблему", ему смешно!! а мне нет, я уже пол дня убил на выяснения этих проблем!! Объясняю ему проблему с созданием папок, а он опять смеется и телефон назад брать отказывается, говорит, что это так и должно быть, а папки создавай на компьютере, я в шоке и больше ничем сказал помочь не может. Вывод: не квалифицированные продавцы и отношение к клиентам никакое, только смеются и пожимают плечами, хотя могли бы помочь решить проблему! Оценка -1 заслуженно!!!
