Оставила в этом офисе заявление на отключение ТВ, сдала оборудование (в конце октября). В декабре обнаружила что услуга не отключена, отправила копию заявления на email, получила подтверждение получения и заверения что всё исправят, услугу отключили 6 января, насчитали долг за фактически неиспользуемую услугу. В заявлении просила отключить только ТВ, отключили и интернет. О компании стоит судить по тому как решают проблемы. МТС проблемы не решает, а создаёт. Я очень ленивый человек и заставить меня искать другого провайдера нужно было постараться, у них получилось.

Приехал забирать заказанный на сайте товар (показал это отделение). Его не оказалось на месте. Чтобы это узнать, пришлось отстоять минут сорок. Один специалист. Впечатления сугубо негативные. Рекомендую по возможности избегать.
