Обслуживание - отстой. Переехала в другой город, хотела оставить номер телефона этот же, но перевыпустить сим-карту, чтобы не было роуминга и чтобы вопросы не надо было решать через маму - из другого города это сложнее. Но чтобы перевыпустить карту, нужно сменить владельца сим-карты с мамы на себя. Мама уже сменила паспорт, поэтому сначала нам нужно было сменить паспортные данные, а потом уже владельца. Консультант попросила написать сразу два заявления. МТС - какая-то жуткая система, которая сначала не приняла первое заявление о смене данных, так как там не было заполнен код подразделения (хотя его можно было легко вычислить по полному названию). Мне пришлось из Москвы снова приезжать в Самару, чтобы написать заявление снова! В этот раз консультант (жаль, не запомнила имя!) пообещала отправить заявление последовательно. Мы снова всё написали, данные - аллилуйя! - сменили. Но заявление о смене владельца так и не было принято! Первый раз пришла в отделение в конце января, сейчас - середина апреля, и я до сих пор переплачиваю по косарю в месяц за то, что не могу город указать другой. Меняю симку. Сменить номер телефона на всех аккаунтах проще, чем сменить владельца!
