Никому не советую туда ходить, продавцы хамки, сломался новый телефон, принесли по гарантии, она говорит, а что вы хотите за эти деньги, ели ели сдали в ремонт, теперь бы забрать

Очереди и компьютер бывает не работает!Лет 5 одни и те же проблемы, стараюсь не ходить! Это как повезёт,то на очередь попадешь,то на не работающий компьютер! 21век надворе

Приветствую всех кто хочет связаться с данной компанией или уже связан с ней. Простояв в очереди 20 минут понял , что девушка которая обслуживает клиентов натуральная хабалка, в ее обязанности входит обслуживание клиентов (ответы на заданные вопросы касаемо услуг компании) за все это время ни одному человеку по существу она не ответила пытаясь всячески указать , что она не может решить этот вопрос, принимала только платежи и не более. Когда подошла моя очередь я обратился по вопросу касаемо услуг оператора мтс , так же меня ввела в заблуждение придумав какую-то оплату непонятного происхождения , на пальцах ей объяснил , что она вводит меня в заблуждение т.к. сумма указанная в тарифах не соответствовала фактической оплате т.е. я оплатил в совокупности больше , чем указано в тарифе , и она мотивировала это тем , что я оплатил дополнительно за выдачу сим карты (такой бред я услышал первый раз в жизни) , этой барышне только курить на улицу бегать интересно, а общаться с клиентами и решать вопросы это не ее профиль.
