Расскажу вам о этом салон купили телефон по адресу город Курск тц мегагринн салон мтс там телефон. Придя домой телефон начал сильно греться. Придя в солон телефон забрали на диагностику, мы спрасили точно телефон поменяют продавец сказал Да, что их там даже не смотрят. Спустя месяц нам вернули тефеном и отказали менять его сказали телефон исправен, и менять мы его не будем, и продавец сказал если что то не устраивает делайте диагностику за свой счёт а телефон менять вам не будем. Но это не самое главное отдавали и телефон в хорошем состоянии, а вернули весь экзан вздут защитное стекло, мы сказали что это такое все вздутае меняйте нам его все как было. Продавец сказал я нечего менять не буду, вы у нас купите защитное стекло заново я и поставлю, а стекло стоит 1300. Ужасный магазин продержали телефон месяц и нечего не сделали вернули неисправный телефон. Продавцы грубые, но покупателей все равно

Сотрудники вежливые. Но вот работа всех служб оставляет желать лучшего. Выезжала с номером мтс в Анапу. Входящие звонки по всей России бесплатные!!!! Мне был входящий звонок тоже с МТС и за него начислили оплату😲. Вернулась в город, написала притензию, звонила на горячую линию, ответили, что со всем разобрались и нет больше никаких вопросов. Но в декабре 2019 года опять начались смски, что имеется долг. Пришла в салон, написала очередную притензию, должны были в течении 10 дней ответить, но ответа так и нет, хотя времени гораздо больше чем 10 рабочих дней прошло. Смски продолжаются, причём номер уже не существует, а только лицевой счёт. Очень не приятное впечатление о работе.
