4 августа посетила этот офис мтс в тц Орбита. Нужно было разобраться в проблеме оплаты тарифа. При оплате месячного тарифа " Не тариф", за две недели до проплаты стала списываться ежедневная оплата. Менеджер Дмитрий с которым пришлось разбираться по моему вопросу ( фамилию назвать отказался) не удосужился даже зайти в базу и проверить историю моего номера, а ответил, что если до вас не доходит смс об изменении проплаты, это не их проблемы. Разговаривал данный сотрудник мягко говоря не любезно, можно даже сказать свысока, не объяснив и не разъяснив суть проблемы. Из-за таких горе специалистов компания теряет клиентов. После общения с этим менеджером я сменила оператора. Я пенсионер, возможно не совсем разбираюсь в тарифных планам, и так понимаю, что сотрудники офисов должны просмотреть базу и разъяснить клиентам суть проблемы. Даже близко этого сделано не было Обращаюсь в этот офис не первый раз и всегда наталкиваюсь на чопорных сотрудников, не заинтересованных в клиентской базе.

Сотрудникам глубоко всё-равно на вопросы и проблемы клиента, эти ссылаются на тех поддержку а та в свою очередь ссылается на консультантов и бросает трубки, не рекомендую пользоваться услугами МТС и посещать данное помещение
