Обратилась за устранением неполадок со связью, между номерами МТС, как клиент связи и столкнулась с непомерной жадностью и наглостью работающих в салоне молодых людей, которые не посмотрев, не вникая в причину проблемы связи сразу же предложили исправить за немалые деньги очень быстро, такой наглости не встречала в сервисах МТС никогда ранее, и ни в одном сервисе, побили все рекорды по обитанию клиентов. Обращалась 09.07 24 в сервис МТС ( салон магазин МТС в торговом центре Перовский, г. Мытищи. За бесплатные услуги бесжалостно обирают людей, а ведь обращаются и незнающие старики.

На ценниках одно, в кассе другое) Смотришь на цену товара - 790. Подходишь платить, «акция окончилась», и «мы не продуктовый магазин», «не успеваем менять ценники»…. Заходишь через 5 часов - все то же. Не успели втроем поменять ценники на 5 товаров. Они увидели, что товар выбирал себе ребенок, и поняли, что я так просто не уйду, заплачу. А тем, кто сомневается, про акцию заливают)
