НЕ ХОДИТЕ В МТС И ВОТ ПОЧЕМУ... Расскажу свою печальную историю.30 декабря заказал в интернет-магазине "МТС" телефон iPhone 6 32 GB(золото) в подарок на день рождения. ПРоблемы: 1.Пришло сообщение о том,что я могу прийти в магазин и забрать свой заказ.Придя в магазин я наткнулся на закрытую дверь с надписью,что идёт инвентаризация.менеджер Беляйкин сказал,что никакой заказ мне не отдаст.Придя позже,уже только позвонив на горячую линию,мне открыли дверь и отдали телефон. и что бы вы думали пока я пытался получить товар,за который я оплатил в интернет-магазине такой же телефон уже подарили.Естественно я его решил вернуть и вернуть деньги(упаковка телефона даже не была вскрыта). ПРОБЛЕМА №2.ВОЗВРАТ. Пошёл возвращать телефон я 02.01.2020 ,там как и в тот раз работал Беляйкин,который сообщил мне,что нужно написать заявление на возврат.И что заявление,как рассмотрят мне придёт смс либо позвонят,чтобы я пришёл за деньгами.Рассмотр заявление занимает 14 дней.Недождавшись звонка и смс на 14 день.Я сам позвонил в call-центр "МТС" и...барабаная дробь при разговоре с оператором он мне сообщил,что мне отказано,а почему отказано он не может сказать?!пошёл в магазин к этому Белялькину.он тоже отказывался давать мне письмо с отказом,но всё же дал.И в нём было написано,что мне отказано в возврате денежных средств из-за...пабабам...следов эксплуатации.Как они увидели,что им пользовались через запечатанную коробку неизвестно)))они МАГИ не меньше.

Пришли сменить владельца сим карты. Заполнили заявление, попросила сотрудника проверить все ли мы привильно сделали, он проверил и сказал,что все правильно. Потом мне приходит СМС с текстом что мы не корректно оформили документы! Моей злости нет предела! Почему вы берете на работу таких неграмотных сотрудников!?
