Лучше не иметь дело совсем с МТС! Ужасное обслуживание! Такого бардака нигде не встречала ещё. Суть проблемы - пол года езжу, чтобы подписать счета и перенести номера на другое Юр лицо! Сотрудники не обучены работе, перекладывают друг на друга работу, либо вообще их нет на месте!! Аналогично и на счёт горячей линии!!! Пыталась уже в другие салоны обратится, которые по информации горячей линии могут предоставить счета, но гоняют из салона в салон! Ужасный оператор, ваши тарифы не так уж хороши, чтобы потом так бегать с документами! К слову- другие операторы нам по тел звонку заранее готовят сами счета, остаётся только приехать и забрать!!! А тут ни дозвонится и информативности верной ноль!!! Накипело уже, бежать надо от таких операторов..

уже 3 раз приезжаю с владельцем номера для перерегистрации на себя, и каждый раз сотрудник, видимо, не знает как правильно это надо делать. Первый раз сняли сканы паспортов, сотрудник сразу не посмотрел, что они получились нечеткие, пришлось второй раз приезжать, но во второй раз даже не зарегистрировали наше заявление, и в третий раз, сотрудник так утверждал, что сканы паспортов не нужны, что забыл проставить даты в договоре, и номер договора. бардак полнейший в этом МТС, пора менять оператора

Консультанты не всегда могут проконсультировать клиента, чаще всего приходиться их самих консультировать, но не все консультанты такие, бывают быстро и четко объясняют и консультируют..
