Отвратительный салон, никого понимания как работать с клиентом, я уже не заикаюсь про доброжелательный настрой… Зашли сегодня в салон для замены симкарты стоит очередь из пяти человек.... В салоне находилось два сотрудника, при этом работает только одна… Вторая болтает по телефону и занимается посторонними вещами при этом перед ней стоит клиент, который ожидает получить свою услугу (сотрудника зовут Юлия Дробная, вторая девушка,к сожалению не запомнила как зовут хамит клиентам. Оч ередь абсолютно не двигает. Потом сотрудник который хамил клиенту удивляется в служебно помещение и все стоят и ждут пока другой сотрудник Юлия Дробная наговорится по телефону!!!! Вместо того чтоб поменять за несколько минут поменять симкарту пришлом подростковое в очереди порядка 30 минут!!!! Прошу обратить внимание на работу данных сотрудников!!! Это самое отвратительное обслуживание – показать

Хочу оставить отзыв о данном заведение. Это просто тихий ужас, где набрали сотрудников я просто боюсь даже представить, особенно девушка Гузель, она вообще по моему не понимает где она находиться и что ей вообще надо делать. Зашла купить сим-карту стоит 5 человек из них работает одна девушка, что остальные делают вообще не понятно. Ранее пыталась отключить номера, которыми не пользуюсь, заявление то я написала, но как висели на мне номера, так и продолжают висеть, видимо Гюзель забыла что-то в се-таки сделать с номерами. Вывод: хочется чтобы каждый находился на своем месте...... – показать
