Скорость обслуживания низкая. Очень много бумаг надо подписывать, чтобы получить карту МТС банк. Несмотря на отсутствие очереди, процесс оформления занял порядка 40-50 минут. Самое плохое, что сотрудница плохо объясняла содержание документов, в итоге, хоть я и бегло читал, но не увидел, что подписал соглашение на страховку размеров 200 рублей (!!!) ежемесячно. Меня об этом не предупредили. Насчет платных услуг, сказали, что только смс-оповещение, которое можно отключить. Очень неприятно, что прямым обманом меня заставили подписать документ. Думал, что такие методы уже не используются в больших компаниях. Но нет, мтс все еще пытается ввести пользователя в заблуждение и заработать на нем, вместо того чтобы давать действительно качественные сервисы, за которые человек добровольно заплатит! В очередной раз разочарован!
