В последнее время качество менеджмента в таких микро-салонах сильно упало.... Заменить симку, положить деньги на счет это максимум. Вопросы по тарифным планам, советы по выбору, нестандартные вопросы вызывают ступор... Видимо нужно платить людям больше, тогда и грамотные специалисты будут работать, а не студенты на передержке.

Простояла в очереди 15 минут , в итоге работник сказал, что не может ничем помочь (хотела разобраться почему не был осуществлен переход в МТС из Мегафона), так как он недавно работает) Не может помочь и типа уходите. Уважаемый МТС, это вообще нормально?

Проверяйте чеки до оплаты!!! Наклеили пленку за 99р. на планшет за 799р.!!!.... Написали — стекло! Вернулась, а мне говорят — ой ошибочка в чеке, сейчас переправим стекло на плёнку и вернём 200р. плёнка оказывается стоит — 599р… Говорю — почему плёнка на витрине стоит с ценником 99р.? Почему нет прайса об «услугах»?! Обманываете же!? Покраснела, распечатала прайс и говорит — не обманываем.. Лет десять назад похожая ситуация с интернетом — ещё на модеме был. Потом другой подключили — письмо приходит о задолженности… Пошла в салон, говорят — услуги у вас подключены и они работают, даже если не пользуетесь интернетом… Отключить можно только в личном кабинете. Говорю — время сколько прошло, ни логинов ни паролей не помню — отключите по паспорту, подключали ведь по паспорту! Ответ — только вы можете это сделать… Разные салоны, разное время — итог один… – показать
