Жууууткий консультант Екатерина. На столько хамское отношение к покупателям, абсолютное не знание товара...Мы пришли покупать телефон за 120 т.р. а она вела себя так будто мы какие-то люмпены "да и вообще что Вам от меня нужно". На просьбы предоставить контактные данные руководства она даже не обращала внимания. Хотелось бы предупредить директора салона о таких сотрудниках, но связаться с ним нам так и не удалось. Такого отношения к клиентам я не видела ни в одном городе мира!!!

Сотрудники этого офиса не решают вопросы клиентов, а формально отрабатывают инструкции,причем так,как им выгодно. Не вежливы, подчас хамовато уперты. Кто-то от недостатка профессионализма, кто-то в силу своих личных качеств. Читайте отзывы ы книге жалоб этого офиса.

Сегодня была в солоне мтс по адресу братиславская 14. Подъискиваю подарок фитнес браслет мужу. Сама я в них не понимаю нечего. Обратилась к девушке Кристине за консультацией. Очень компетентная девушка все расказала обяснила разницу в брендах. Мне очень все понравилось я получила массу информации. Прошу отметитить руководство работу этого консультанта. Побольше бы таких специалистов .спасибо
