Кредит брала для покупки земельного участка. Получилось взять кредит с выгодной процентной ставкой, но под залог двухкомнатной квартиры. В МСК кредит можно было бы взять кредит и под залог третьего лица, да, и такое можно реализовать через эту фирму. Но не рискнула бы так кого-то обременять. Проще было получить деньги под залог своей квартиры. Деньги получила, участок в процессе покупки. Процентная ставка выгодная. Кредит брала на 5 лет. В идеале погасим в ближайшие два года.

Срочно нужна была крупная сумма, в нескольких банках нам отказали из-за не очень хорошей кредитной истории, поэтому по рекомендации обратились в МСК Кредит, помогли с оформлением всем необходимых документов, все быстро и без проволочек.

Благодаря МСК Кредит удалось получилить деньги в банке под залог квартиры. Условия очень выгодные, параллельно обращались еще в несколько фирм, но здесь и отношение лучше и условия более выгодные. Рассмотрели наш вопрос индивидуально, так как были свои нюансы в виде нескольких собственников, но вопрос решился положительно и в достаточно краткие сроки!

Были небольшие грешки с кредитной историей (открытая просрочка), поэтому не смогли в банке оформить кредит. В МСК кредит брали деньги для того, чтобы доделать ремонт в квартире. В срочном порядке сейчас доделываем ремонт, повезло, что нашла вариант с кредитом в этой фирме. Проценты не завышают до космических цифр, вполне реальная процентная ставка. Подавала из документов паспорт, свидетельство на собственность.

Про МСК Кредит узнали благодаря знакомым, которые пользовались услугами этой компании. Столкнулись с отказами в банках, поэтому решили обратиться сюда, получили кредит под залог недвижимости, условия более чем хорошие. Все предельно понятно, нет никаких скрытых платежей. Спасибо за оперативную работу!
