Были на приёме у врача 14.05.23г гастроэнтеролога Шилина Н. Н. Врач замечательный, грамотно ведёт лечение. А вот на рецепшене встретила грубая девушка, отказалась обслуживать, хотя подошла наша очередь, сказала я здесь не одна проходите к другим. Очень хочется получить обратную связь . Старший администратор обещала разобраться в ситуации, даже никто не извенился.

Была запись на 20:50, при этом просили приехать за 10-15 минут. В итоге нами занялись только в 21:35.....22.04.2023 даже не удосужились извиниться!!!!!@@@

Я посетил диагностический центр для консультации врача и был очень впечатлён уровнем оказанной помощи. Регистрация прошла быстро и легко, персонал был вежливым и приветливым. Врач оказался внимательным и терпеливым, он тщательно выслушал все мои жалобы. Результаты и дальнейшие шаги были объяснены ясно и профессионально, что дало мне уверенность и спокойствие. Сам центр современный, чистый и хорошо организованный, что создаёт комфортную атмосферу. В целом мой визит прошёл отлично, и я искренне благодарен всей команде за профессионализм и доброжелательность. С удовольствием рекомендую этот диагностический центр всем, кто ищет надёжные медицинские услуги

Проходила мрт головного мозга. Процедура по записи, ничего страшного нету. На месте всё объяснили. Персонал приятный, отзывчивый. Результат в течении часа выдали. Спасибо, обслуживание на высшем уровне. Всеми предоставленными услугами довольна.
