Отвратительно сделали введение контраста!!! Проткнули вену и рука стала отекать и сильное жжение началось! Дозвонились ,а лаборант ,которая делала ввод ,спокойно говорит-приложите холод😱 и все,никаких компрессов.и никаких извинений,за то.что причинили за наши же деньги нам еще и страдания

Мы взяли в работу Ваше обращение, провели работу, хотим разъяснить ситуацию: в связи со сниженным тургором кожи у данной пациентки, а так же снижением венозного тонуса сосудов, качество выполняемой инъекции значительно снижается и в некоторых случаях происходит экстравазация, т.е. не большое количество контрастного вещества попадает под кожу, что и случилось в этой ситуации. Для решения возникшей ситуации достаточно приложить холод в место венепункции, что и было рекомендовано сделать. Так же рекомендовано наносить гепариновую мазь для ускорения момента рассасывания инфильтрата.

Персонал вежливый но невнемательный, очень много ошибок, пришлось приезжать повторно что б исправлял данные, больше не буду обращаться в это лечебное заведение
