Приветствую. Вечером сделала заказ, с утра никто не соизволил позвонить. Сам магазин нашла на сайте производителя корма премиум-класса. Позвонила им сама, не очень приветливый мужчина записал номер заказа, сказал, что со мной свяжутся. За примерно 2 часа никаких звонков не поступало, корм был нужен до 29, а присутствует не везде.. Позвонила сама второй раз - мы люди не очень гордые. Этот же мужчина сказал, что менее, чем за 3 тыщи не повезет, мол приезжайте сами (при том, что на их сайте указано, что в мой поселок возят заказы от 2500т.р.). Окей, согласилась приехать, спросила когда. И тут мне точные сроки не назвали, мол, хоть в 9 вечера машина приехать может. Ну, нет - так нет. Оставила на сайте производителя жалобу на магазин, чернящий их имя, да заказала у их конкурента, где получила вежливое обслуживание и приветливого оператора. Искренне желаю вам, господа, закрыться =))

Приветствую! Заказывали 3 переноски для авиаперелётов. Заказали 17 августа, как юр. лицо, всё прошло легко и быстро: выставили счёт-оплатили-согласовали доставку до ТК Деловые Линии, 30 августа переноски уже на месте. Доставка Зеленоград-Кемерово. Переноски прибыли целые, коробка от ТК Делове Линии, конечно, кошмар, хотя оплатили им пузырчатую плёнку и доп. упаковку, привезли в открытой коробке (а может, для нас распаковали), как бы то ни было, удостоверились,что всё ок, печать-подпись и забрали. А переноски просто на удивление хороши - всё просто собирается, никаких дефектов, полная комплектация, несмотря на упаковку ТК. Начитавшись отзывов тоже думали, что будут задержки, но всё прошло на ура! Представитель Александр звонил, согласовывал, вели переписку на почте - контакт с магазином Mr-zoo тоже не был ничем осложнен. Нам понравился данный зоомагазин! Казусы со всеми случаются, но у нас ни одного не возникло! Благодарим за сотрудничество! Фотографии прикрепляем.
