Ужасное обслуживание! Хотели купить сумку себе по скидке за 1200 руб, так эти продавцы только хамят и вставляют свои ненужные комментарии, начали говорить, что мы наверно покупаем эту сумку бабушке и тд. Больше в этот магазин не приду. А компании посоветую более внимательнее отнестись к подбору персонала.

Была в этом магазине неделю назад..столкнулась с хамством продавца пожилого возраста. Она переходила на личности. Я выбирала подарок для нее. Оскорбляла и меня, комментировала мой голос, у вас говорит такой голос. Ходила за мой как банный лист, как надзиратель. Первый раз в их магазине вижу такое хамло. Я была в шоке, эта продавщица имея зп и возможно пенсию не может себе позволить сумку лучше кожзама. Персонал такой надо менять, нашла телефон лишь интернет магазина сообщила о этом человеке фак ты, уж не знаю примут ли меры. – показать

Купил мужскую “кожаную” сумку в данном магазине в 2017г. Сумкой я не пользовался 1,5года т.к. сменил работу и спустя 1,5года решил поносить, а сумка то оказывается подделка. Вся сыпется, на ручках края отрываются, швы расходятся. Я больше никогда там ничего покупать не буду и вам не рекомендую, так как продают подделки вместо натурального. Цена сумки 4500₽

Вероятно, Вы неправильно хранили сумку, что привело к таким последствиям. В качестве своего товара мы уверены, именно поэтому и даём гарантию до 1 года.
