1 этаж. Хотела вчера 15 сентября в 8 вечера попить сок, увидела островок тути фрути. Кассир принял мой заказ и пошла изготавливать ананасовый сок для меня. Что же я увидела, ананас положила в соковыжималку со старыми ошметками фруктов от предыдущих соков. На просьбу помыть, пошла мыть стакан, куда сок сливается из соковыжималки. На повторную просьбу помыть соковыжималку, выслушали пререкания, что там есть сеточка и вообще это нормально. Еще ее аргументом не мыть было "Ее мыть 30 минут". Также в дискуссию вступила дама в чёрном, которая на тот момент листала какие-то бумаги, менеджер наверное, пытались убедить, что это нормально не мыть соковыжималку после старых фруктов. На просьбу вернуть деньги, дама в чёрном все-таки отправила своего кассира помыть соковыжималку, и она это сделала. Потратила кстати не какие ни 30,а всего 5 минут, чтобы помыть соковыжималку. Мы попили чудесный сок, но каких это стоило усилий. И да, взглядом нас проводили не описать каким,ведь мы заставили людей выполнить свою работу. Возвращаться повторно желания нет . Сервис это не про них.

Вы знаете девочки работают просто на ура, самый маленький рожок весом 500гр. просто ужас все в шоке, стоимость соответствует от 300 до 450 р., я наблюдала за этим около часа ни одного человека с ребенком, примите пожалуйста хоть какие то меры
