Давно не заезжал к ним, после плохой химчистки. Пришлось заехать, просто потому что все мойки по близости были заняты. Итог: поцарапали боковые зеркала заднего вида 🤦🏿‍♂️ Администратор сказал подождать 10 минут максимум , прождал все 25-30

Кирилл, добрый день. Сами зеркала поцарапать просто не возможно на Мойке. Мы используем копья для авд с резиновой окантовкой специально для того, чтобы не поцарапать случайно ЛКП автомобиля, даже при ударе. Мы посмотрели Камеры видеонаблюдения и никаких повреждений мы никак не могли сделать. Возможно они появились в процессе эксплуатации авто и под слоем грязи их просто не было видно. Сожалеем, что у вас остались негативные впечатления от посещения нашего автомечного комплекса. Мы работаем над минимизации рисков и специально закупаем специализированное, безопасное оборудование.

Приехали помыть машину. Сделали «люкс». После мойки администратор активно начал предлагать «полирнуть» машину. Ну да, конечно, были притертости на бампере и тд. Но когда стали осматривать машину, такого «люкса» мы не ожидали никак!!! Поцарапали двери, вверху ручек!!! Со всех сторон!!! А потом «полировка на вашу машину будет стоить 12 тыс в круг». Отличное предложение!!! Если хотите, чтобы за 1200 руб вам нацарапали машину, приезжайте на данную мойку.
