Была на приеме 08.07.2024. Врач очень понравилась,к ней вопросов никаких. Но есть очень много вопросов к администратору данного центра. Как только я сказала, что по Дмс , началось… И закатывание глаз, и вздохи и недовольное лицо и снисходительное общение. Один вопрос:почему? Почему она ведет себя так как будто за мой прием она будет платить лично. Почему врач отнеслась к этому нормально, а администратор сидела закатывала глаза? Ну не нравится тебе работать, увольняйся и сиди дома. Я не развлекаться пришла, а на прием к врачу. Я не хочу чтобы какая-то незнакомая женщина мне портила настроение, и я чувствовала себя 💩. Это ее работа!!! Прошу провести беседу с данной сотрудницей.

Спасибо, что обратили наше внимание на нюансы взаимодействия с администратором, которыми Вы остались не удовлетворены. Мы просмотрели записи с видеокамер, консультация администратора была доброжелательной и полной, но, к сожалению не такой оперативной, как хотелось бы. Это было связано с тем, что при обращении пациентов по ДМС нам необходимо убедиться в наличии необходимых писем от страховой компании или найти фамилию пациента в списке. Мы обязательно проведем работу с персоналом с целью повышения уровня сервиса. Желаем Вам крепкого здоровья!

Собственно где она была доброжелательной?)) Давайте посмотрим на администраторов других филиалов, а на этого администратора.
