16.03.20 Золотарёва навязала мне тур в Дубай,хотя я уже отказалась по эпидситуации,убедив,что всё тзорошо,у них официальная информация.Прилетев,я обнаружила,что в отеле нет шведского стола,не работает тренажерный зал , бассейн,нет трансфера на пляж,отельный гид сказал,что Анекс эту информацию разместил,16.03,т.е менеджер мне нагло врала.,лишь бы продать тур,на сообщения не ответила через три дня, что ей жаль.Находясь на карантине,отправила заявление на частичный возврат средств,так как тур был сокращён на 2 дня и услуги были не в полном объеме.Кстати,ни в договоре,ни сайте нет адреса эл.почты.Ответила,что сама она в отпуске до 20.04,офис не работает,хотя я обращалась 28.03,был рабочий день.Знаю, что в Новосибирске, туристы которые были со мной в одном отеле,получили положительный ответ,а эти всё мудрят.Бессовестные и непрофессиональные сотрудники.

Отдыхаю с МГТ с 2016 года. На мой взгляд лучшее турагентство во всех отношениях! Сервис, качество, профессионализм, цены, удобный сайт, всё очень достойно.
