Если есть альтернатива, то лучше избежать контактов с данным провайдером. В случае проблем чаще всего до них не дозвониться, а когда все-таки это получается легко можно нарваться на полную некомпетентность операторан по элементарным вопросам. Исправлять проблему могут в течении недели (перерасчет будет только если связь восстанавливали больше недели). Нам отключали так несколько раз за время пользования. Один из них 31 декабря. Скорость периодически падает так, что даже с тестом на скорость не открывается страница. На все заявки с моей стороны на сайте и операторам, ответ заявка принята и закрывается на следующий день без решения проблемы. Подключение платное, тарифы постоянно растут.
