Ставлю 5 баллов! Уже несколько раз сюда приезжаю делать справку ребенку в бассейн с юга. Дешевле сюда приехать, потому что за 600 р принимают анализы и берут соскоб на яйцеглист и энтеробиоз. На следующий день уже готовы результаты. Медсестра на анализах приятная, всегда с улыбкой общается. Симпатичные рыбки в холле)

Отличная клиника , девушки на регистратуре вежливые , тактичные , сдавала кровь безболезненно , лечение у эндокринолога прошла с удовольствием, специалист своего дела ! Думаю остальные врачи тоже хорошие!

Добрый день. После хамского отношения мед. регистратора не хочется второй раз обращаться в эту клинику. Вроде частная клиника. Глав. Врач видимо не следит и не работает со своим персоналом.

Здравствуйте! Подскажите, пожалуйста, данная ситуация произошла с Вами при личном посещении клиники или же во время телефонного разговора? И когда произошла эта ситуация? Мы хотим разобраться в сложившемся и стать лучше. Спасибо!

Данная ситуация произошла в клинике. Я спросил, можно ли результат анализов получить на ватсап. Девушке это не понравилось. Она сказала, что по условиям клиники нельзя на ватсап причем очень невежливо. Когда я попросил повежливее общаться с клиентами. Она ответила, что я ей мешаю. После оплаты оказалось, что придет обычная смс с результатами. Можно было бы сразу без лишних негативных эмоций и вежливым тоном.

Мы прослушали разговор администратора. Никакого хамского отношения и тона именно с ЕЁ стороны найти не смогли. Администратор с первой минуты была настроена положительно и попросила лишь подождать немного, после чего бы объяснила подробно, как можно получить результаты. С уважением, "Мой Доктор"
