Понадобилась запчасть на автомобиль решил позвонить уточнить 1) многоканалка все операторы заняты разговор записывается Ну ладно ок нормальная практика Отвечает менеджер -здравстауйте что вас интересует? Называю марку модель год выпуска модель двигателя название запчасти -да хорошо сейчас уточню 2 минуты проходит -а какая марка? -я же уже говорил такая -хорошо 2 минуты,а год выпуска? -2013 -сейчас уточню -жду -а год выпуска? Положил трубку После таких разговоров хочется сказать одну старую фразу Набрали по обьявлению Не советую что-либо покупать т.к если такие менеджеры обмены/возвраты обеспечены с катанием туда обратно Обращение к руководству прослушайте разговор от 18.01 в 10:55
