Достоинства: присланный товар соответствует описанию Недостатки: После оплаты на карту, отправили заказ ТК Деловые Линии с вызовом курьера компании к ним на склад. Платить за вызов курьера пришлось мне, однако меня об этом никто не предупредил. В результате заказал футболку Brubeck за 1500 р, и 820 р вышла доставка. Почта России такие заказы доставляет за 250 р. Если бы знал, что доставка выйдет так дорого, заказал бы в другом месте, где дешевле. Комментарий: Магазин не клиентоориентирован, делают как им самим удобно, а не как удобно покупателю. Когда я им написал об этом, мое сообщение осталось без ответа. Больше у них заказывать не буду.

В качестве комментария к критике нашей работы хочу сообщить, что все условия продажи, а так же доставки прописаны на сайте интернет-магазина и, подтвердив заказ, Вы с ними согласились. Что касается стоимости приобретенного Вами товара, то Вы приобрели футболку по цене ликвидации, ее обычная стоимость примерно 2300 р., что ставит под сомнение возможность приобретения по лучшей цене. Мирон, мы всегда рады обратной связи от наших клиентов и никогда не оставляем без внимания их сообщения, если они поступили на ящик электронной почты интернет-магазина eshop@aoyama.ru . Сообщения, отправленные на личные мобильные телефоны сотрудников не рассматриваются.

Извините, что у меня не было времени перечитывать весь ваш сайт. Думаю, у большинства людей также нет на это времени. Условия отправки необходимо озвучивать клиенту непосредственно перед отправкой, чтобы не было таких сюрпризов.
