Произошло ДТП не по моей вине, удар в правый бок, под замену правое переднее крыло, окрас бампера, порога и сопутствующих элементов и скрытые повреждения( правое колесо стояло домиком). Отправили от страховой(СОГАЗ) на ремонт в этот сервис. 24 сентября оставил автомобиль на ремонт. 4 октября ремонт был был выполнен. Приехал забирать: бампер был покрашен настолько плохо, что уже при осмотре краска на бампере вздулась и покрылась "коркой", на что приемщик Михаил уверял меня что это специфика материала, из которого состоит бампер , порог был покрашен так же с замечаниями. Колесо правое как стояло домиком, так и осталось. Приемщик Михаил уверял, что по бумагам развал ровный и был выведен, хотя там невооруженным глазом было видно что колесо стоит криво. НА что Михаил ответил "я верю бумагам, по которым сход развал выведен и все в порядке". Грубо говоря, Михаил пытался убедить меня, что я идиот ничего не понимаю, и так оно и должно быть. Но при всем при этом согласился устранить все, указанные мной недочеты. Спустя неделю я приехал, по лкп косяки устранили, стойку поменяли, колесо встало ровно( оказалось проблема была в этом). В салоне АМ были следы проведенных работ, следы от пальцев белые. Вот такая история. Никому не рекомендую пользоваться услугами данного сервиса.
