Давно хотела написать именно про аптеку, про грубого продавца, которя совсем не умеет разговаривать с покупателями. Если бы это было один раз, то можно сослаться на плохое настроение, но на протяжении года (приходилось покупать рингер локка и иглы) я наблюдала эту картину, и не только со мной. Сегодня она внаглую объявила в 17.51, что через 5 минут закрывает аптеку,когда я внимательно читала состав корма, хотя везде написано, что до 20.00 ежедневно (к слову выбор лечебных кормов очень невелик, ограничивается 4 марками и нн всей линейкой, именно ренал только 2 вида). Почитала отзывы про "грамотного консультанта", долго смеялась, она даже по банальному роялу канин не может толком ничего ответить. Но и клиника стала не такой, как раньше, после гибели питомца подруги, когда они молодому псу не смогли рассчитать наркоз при кастрации, я туда ни ногой.

Добрый день. Нам искренне жаль, что у вас сложилось столь негативное впечатление о нашей аптеке и клинике. Но стоит сказать, что аптека в этот день работала до 20:00, как и всегда. Коротких дней у нас не бывает. Будем рады вашему ответу в ветке этого отзыва и вместе придумаем, как нам исправить ситуацию.

Жаль, что у вас сложилось такое впечатление. Мы действуем в строгом соблюдении регламентов и стандартов и дорожим лицом компании. Вероятно вы просто путаете нашу клинику с иным местом.
