Сегодня 28.03.2024 г. На маршруте 4 на остановке Управление соцзащиты,произошёл инцидент! Водитель не убедившись что пассажир прошёл на своё место резко начал движение! В следствии чего женщина пенсионер упала в проходе и получила травмы! Водитель даже не соизволил помочь пострадавшему человеку! Прошу разобраться и принять меры!

хочу написать отрицательные отзыв о том что в перед карантина автобус маршрут 1 не соблюдает график движения, да выходного дня. я обычно езжу утром и для меня важно приехать во время на станцию Мытищи вовремя, что бы потом попасть на электричку котора идёт по графику, и оказалась что 3-4 минуту отклонения от графика для них это нормально, то телефону сказали что бываю затворы! какие затворы в 6 утра. На остановке нет никакой информации нет, последние что весит с 28.03 по 05.04 автобус будет ходить по графику выходного дня. Я всё ждала когда у них руки дойдут что бы повесить нормально информацию уже на май месяц. Ведь многие организации работают в штатном режиме, не зависимо от обстановке в стороне! Уважаемая администрации колонны, проверьте все остановки по маршрутам и повести обновлённую информацию и извинения время движения автобусов!

Автобус 314 идет не по расписанию в воскресенье автобус подъехал к автовокзалу в в 20-20 , расписание отправления от автовокзала 20-20, следующее в 20-35, автобус отправился от автовокзала в 20-40 на вопрос почему не едет по расписанию ответ заливал салярку. Просьба разъяснить такие инциденты.
