Заезжали в филиал Октябрьский, поскольку надо было плитку на кухню. Ассортимент неплохой, приятно порадовал, продавец -консультант порекомендовал нам коллекцию италон милениум, взяли ее. Рассчитали без подрезов, чтобы сохранить орнамент плитки. Привезли в квартиру через неделю, а не бросили товар у двери подъезда.

Безнадежно низкий сервис, непрофессионализм и необязательность. Худшего сервиса не встречал, 90% договоренностей не выполняются, сроки срываются, доставка без предупреждений отменяется, перезвоны не осуществляются, возвраты не могу произвести. Невиданный бардак для такой крупной компании. Не тратьте ни время ни деньги, максимум можно зайти в салон, выбрать нужную плитку и купить в другом месте - это будет единственно правильным решением. ИМХО

Вроде бы клиентоориентированные магазины, большой выбор, грамотная консультация, но доставка это полный провал. Время доставки обозначено как с 9 до 21, по другому не договориться. Что же, ждали с самого утра, после активных звонков, выяснилось, что привезут только после 18:00, было сказано "мы вас предупреждали". Ок, ждем. Испорченные нервы и повторные звонки в компанию, в результате плитку привезли только к 22:30.
