2 месяца пытался приобрести у них товар. Хамское отношение, трубки не берут, а точнее берут когда хочется. Перезванивать не перезванивают. Товар на сайте постоянно в наличии, а его нет. Меняют только цену вверх. Минимальная сумма покупки 5т.р., а не 3т.р., для розницы не подходит. У других оптовиков значительно дешевле, поэтому в итоге там и взял. Контору не рекомендую, очень не надежные!!! Товары - дешевка из Китая.

Здравствуйте, Александр. Благодарим за Ваш отзыв и хотелось бы разобраться в данной ситуации, решить и исключить в дальнейшее ее повторение. Уточните пожалуйста, ФИО менеджера с которым общались или отправьте нам на почту info@mosoptom.ru Действительно у нас не 3000р а 5000 рублей минимальная сумма для заказа и об этом мы упоминаем в шапке сайта и в карточке товара. Мы в розницу не продаем, у нас только опт и об этом тоже написано на сайте. "Товары - дешевка из Китая", "У других оптовиков значительно дешевле" --- Как вы определили, что у нас одинаковый товар или одинаковое качество? Занимаюсь совместными закупками через соц.сети: игрушки для детей, "мелочевка" (спиннеры, кубики антистресс). Не было претензий к качеству товара, конкурентоспособная цена, по сравнению с аналогичными сайтами. Минимальная порог заказа в 3000т.р. вполне устраивает. Доставляется товар за несколько дней, без перебоев и задержек. Если возникали вопросы звонила по бесплатной линии.
