Люди добрые! Обходите эту организацию стороной! Никогда не подписывайте никаких Актов выполненных работ, пока у Вас не будет документов для сдачи в Росреестр!!! Я перестроила дом. Мне надо было оформить реконструкцию дома. Обратилась в БТИ, заплатила деньги за составление тех. плана(19 000 руб.),приехали сотрудники, сделали обмер, нашли нарушение( с одной стороны дома до соседнего забора было меньше 3м), сделали тех. план на строительство нового дома, где указали, что этот тех план нельзя предоставлять в Росреестр, т.е. совсем ненужный документ. Я в неведении всего этого подписала Акт выполненных работ, т.е. тех работ, которые никому не были нужны. Я написала заявление в Суд о признании реконструкции дома законной(т.к. было нарушение, см. выше). Суд вынес положительное решение и я опять обратилась в БТИ. Ознакомившись с Решением Суда, мне говорят: У вас решение Суда о реконструкции дома, а мы составили тех. план о строительстве нового дома! Круг замкнулся?! Жалобы, приемы в вышестоящих организациях ничего не дали. Вся эта история длилась с февраля по сентябрь 2019г. В итоге я обратилась в Компанию Диан-кадастр, где адекватные, профессиональные сотрудники всё помогли оформить в течение месяца. Поэтому в дальнейшем никаких БТИ: будьте бдительны!!!

Заказывал справку потребовала паспорт в залог возмутился получил ответ что много заказывают но не забирают а так по-любому приду.
