Вокзал достаточно комфортный. При входе проверяют металлоискателем сумки и посетителей. Проход через рамку. Необходимо наличие маски. В залах вокзала достаточно мест для ожидания, несмотря на правило занимать места через одно, в связи с правилами санитарно-эпидемиологического режима. режимом. В залах все необходимое, даже для многочасового пребывания. Вход в метро прямо из главного зала здания вокзала открывается в 6.40 утра. Подробная информация о поездах оперативно отражается на большом табло и озвучивается диктором. Большим недостатком и неудобством является невозможность стоянки такси и автомобилей у главного входа на площади перед вокзалом более 15 минут. За более длительную стоянку с водителей взымается немалая плата, что сразу же удорожает поездку на такси. При выходе из поезда на перроне дежурят водители, предлагающие только что прибывшим транспортные услуги по цене в 2 раза дороже реальной. Поэтому, чтобы уехать на такси лучше вызывать его не к зданию вокзала. В целом вокзал современный, безопасный и достаточно комфортный.
