Платеж списался с карты, но на карту тройка он не зачислен, вернуть или зачислить ничего никто не может, платеж был отменëн, это был сбой и потому мне удаленное пополнение не зачислилось. непременно нужно ехать в сервисный центр лично, естественно я туда не поеду, больше потрачу + время личное, на то видимо и расчёт. Интересно, сбой их, а суетится должен я.

Это самое лживое и отвратительное место. Набрали охранников почесывающих свои маслы и другие части тела на входе, потому что очень много не довольных приходит. В окне врут и подавать жалобу о несогласии нет никакого смысла, только в суд. В окне вообще никогда не понятно, что бормочет себе под нос. Это место для того, что бы не получить ответ на жалобу, а уже у приставов обнаружить долг за яко бы неоплаченную парковку. То зону не ту оплатил, при условии, что все равно в бюджет города оплата идёт, то знаков платной парковки нет, а штрафуют всё равно.

Сделал запрос на чек по оплате карты тройка, сказали что 30 календарных дней будут рассматривать, это что Каменный век? , чтобы получить чек, 30 дней? Ни одной звездочки вы не заслуживаете.
