В банке постоянные очереди. Вот и вчера просидела 1 час 10 минут, ожидая. Это касается не только банка на Преображенке, но и отделения в Мытищах (в других не была, не знаю).Тестируют какую-то систему, не работают ни банкоматы, ни онлайн банк, плати , как хочешь. В отделении безумная очередь, Такое ощущение, что всё делается специально, чтоб народ не смог вовремя оплату по кредиту внести, прям квес пройти надо !!Я очень разочарована в банке и очень зла на них была 10 марта .

Полный отстой! Хотела поменять евро на рубли. Поменяли только 500 евро. Тогда бы уж и писали что меняют не более 500 евро. Пришлось идти в другой банк.

Нормально в этом офисе все организовано. Зажатую терминалом карту вернули на следующий же день по моему заявлению. Сами отзвонились, поинтересовались откуда мне удобнее карту будет получить. За качественный сервис я и остаюсь клиентом МКБ уже 5-й год.
