Крошечное отделение банка принимает двойную нагрузку. Часть отделений закрыто из-за режима самоизоляции, а остальные работают и испытывают двойную нагрузку, что не идёт на пользу работе и клиентам

Хорошее отделение, на как-то попал здесь в "пробку". Клиентов было много, на час точно очередь, поехали в соседнее отделение, где очереди не было и обслужили там

Пришли в воскресенье поменять валюту, взяли талон в 17:05, не успели дойти до кассы сотрудник взял закрыл окно и ушёл курить, поставив табличку «технический перерыв с 17:05 до 17:20», при наличии незакрытого талона. кроме нас и трёх сотрудников никого в банке нет... ни один из трёх сотрудников не поздоровался.
